The Pool

The pool is Olympic-size - long enough for proper laps, wide enough for groups. Maintained daily. All rooms in the building have access included in the rate. Long-stay guests report having it to themselves most mornings. With Big Buddha hill rising above and the forested back garden beyond, it is one of the better pool settings on Pratumnak.

The Location

338/6 Pratumnak Road, opposite Tara Court Hotel. Tesco Lotus and a 7-Eleven are across the road. Big Buddha is 150 metres on foot. Dongtan Beach is walkable in under 15 minutes. Walking Street is 5 minutes by Grab or baht bus.

Pratumnak Hill is between central Pattaya and Jomtien. Quiet at night, easy to reach by day. Residential - no nightlife on the hill itself.

Good For

Room 4 is for guests who want the pool as their main feature. The courtyard position keeps it private and shaded compared to the upper floors. Good for couples on a short trip who want the pool as their main base, and equally suited to longer stays - as the review above notes, the apartment is “brand new and so clean” and has everything needed for an extended stay.

The Lunch Box Cafe Downstairs

The Lunch Box is on the ground floor of the building. Open daily. The menu covers a full English breakfast - eggs, bacon, sausage, beans, toast, and a hot drink. Paninis, salads, soups, and daily specials through to 5pm.
