Cold-Pressed vs Fresh-Squeezed vs Pasteurised

Cold-pressed uses a hydraulic press rather than a spinning blade. No heat, no oxidation. The juice retains more of the vitamins and enzymes from the fruit and vegetables. It also tastes different - cleaner, more concentrated, less frothy.
