The private lift is the standout feature. It does not open onto a shared hallway - the doors open straight into the penthouse living room. Total separation from the rest of the building. Suited to guests who want complete privacy or who find shared corridors inconvenient with luggage or late arrivals.
The kitchen island is large enough for meal prep and doubles as a breakfast bar. Good for groups of four who are spending time in the apartment rather than eating out every night. Tesco Lotus is directly across the road for groceries. The 7-Eleven is also across the road.
The Olympic pool in the building is available to penthouse guests at no extra charge. Large, maintained daily, with the forested hillside and Big Buddha beyond.
The View
The penthouse sits at the top of Pratumnak Hill. The view takes in Pattaya Bay to the north, Koh Larn Island in the Gulf, and the coastline stretching south toward Jomtien. At night the bay lights up - the view is especially clear from this elevation.
Sunset is visible from the west-facing windows. On clear evenings the Gulf goes a deep orange before dark. This is the view that the lower floors of Grosvenor House cannot offer - the penthouse position above the roofline of the surrounding buildings opens the full panorama.

The Location
338/6 Pratumnak Road, opposite Tara Court Hotel. Tesco Lotus and a 7-Eleven are across the road. Big Buddha is 150 metres on foot. Dongtan Beach is walkable. Walking Street is 5 minutes by Grab.
Pratumnak Hill sits between central Pattaya and Jomtien. Quiet by night, easy to reach by day. Songthaews run along Pratumnak Road. Grab is available from the front of the building. No car parking on site - cars use Tesco Lotus or the local soi. Motorbikes park at the entrance.

The Lunch Box is on the ground floor of the building. Open daily. The kitchen serves a proper English breakfast - two eggs, bacon, sausage, beans, toast, and a hot drink. Paninis, wraps, fresh salads, and daily specials through to 5pm.
Cold-pressed juices are made fresh every day - green juice, orange, beet detox, and seasonal blends. Fourteen varieties from ฿115.
