Avocado Toast in Pattaya — Where to Find It on Pratumnak Hill

The Lunch Box Cafe at 338/6 Pratumnak Road serves avocado toast in Pattaya from 8am daily. Three versions on the menu, all on multigrain sourdough.

Most cafes in Pattaya do not have it. The ones that do usually mean sliced avocado on white toast. The Lunch Box is the proper version.

What Is on the Menu

Avocado and Bacon Toast at ฿185. Multigrain sourdough. A proper breakfast dish.

Avocado and Premium Salmon at ฿265. On toast. The most popular version with long-stay guests.

Boiled Eggs and Avocado at ฿255. Eggs cooked to order alongside the avocado.

Scrambled Eggs with Avocado, Kale and Almond at ฿265. Made to order. Not pre-scrambled and kept warm.

All dishes are cooked when you order. That takes 10-15 minutes. It is worth it.

What to Have Alongside

Cold-pressed juice from ฿115. Fourteen varieties, all made in-house. The Green Juice at ฿125 (celery, kale, Granny Smith apple, lemon, ginger) is the natural pairing with avocado toast for anyone eating clean. The Orange Juice at ฿145 is fresh cold-pressed Sunkist, not from a carton.

Flat White at ฿63. Americano at ฿65.

Vegan and Plant-Based

The avocado and bacon toast is easily adapted. Ask to hold the bacon. The base dish is plant-based. The staff are straightforward about ingredients.

Fully plant-based: avocado toast without bacon, any cold-pressed juice, black coffee.

Where It Is

Pratumnak Hill, south Pattaya. The Lunch Box is on the main road up the hill at 338/6, opposite the Tesco Lotus, 150 metres below the Big Buddha.

Dongtan Beach is 800 metres on foot down the hill. The Big Buddha is 150 metres up the road. Both are walkable from the table after breakfast.
