What You Are Actually Booking

Two bedrooms, two baths, 110 sqm. Not a studio with a big window. The view is the gulf, not a neighbouring tower wall. The building is double-glazed. Pratumnak is quieter than Central Pattaya. Walking Street is about 10 minutes by car. Dongtan Beach is a walk down the hill. Big Buddha is 150 metres.

Lotus’s supermarket is across the road. You can cook. You can also walk downstairs for breakfast.

Penthouse Pattaya vs a Beach Hotel

A beach hotel penthouse is a night out with room service. This is an apartment. You stay a week or a month. You do laundry at Lemon Laundry 256 metres away. You work on fibre. You eat at The Lunch Box from 8am: Full English ฿295, juice from ฿115.
