The View

Room 6 looks out over Pratumnak Hill toward the city. On a clear day the Gulf of Thailand is visible in the distance behind the rooftops. The city lights at night are visible from the window. Not a full panoramic sea view - that is Room 7 - but a meaningful step up from the garden rooms on the lower floors.

The Olympic pool is in the building and free for all guests. Large, maintained daily, with Big Buddha hill rising above the back garden.

The Location

338/6 Pratumnak Road, opposite Tara Court Hotel. Tesco Lotus and a 7-Eleven are directly across the road. Big Buddha is 150 metres on foot. Dongtan Beach is walkable. Walking Street is 5 minutes by Grab or baht bus.

Pratumnak Hill sits between central Pattaya and Jomtien. Quiet at night, easy to reach in either direction by day. Songthaews run along Pratumnak Road. Grab is available from the front of the building.

Good For

Room 6 is the right choice if you want a higher floor with a view without paying penthouse rates. The city outlook makes evenings in the apartment more interesting than a garden view. Good for couples and solo travellers on short or medium stays who want the option of the pool plus a city perspective.
