Room 3 is rear-facing, away from Pratumnak Road. The garden and forest outside the window keep the room shaded during the afternoon. The living room is notably large for the price point - enough space to work, cook, and relax separately without the apartment feeling small.

The kitchenette is fully stocked. Tesco Lotus is across the road for groceries. The 7-Eleven is also across the road for quick supplies.

The View

The forested slope behind the building fills the window. The hillside is thick with trees and rises to a small temple at the top - Wat Phra Yai, the Big Buddha temple. It is a calm view with no traffic, no construction noise. The double-glazing keeps road sound from the front of the building from reaching this side.

The Olympic pool is in the building, accessible to all rooms, included in the rate. Large, well-maintained, and consistently quiet - long-stay guests report having it to themselves most days.

The Location

338/6 Pratumnak Road, opposite Tara Court Hotel. Tesco Lotus and a 7-Eleven are across the road. Big Buddha is 150 metres on foot. Dongtan Beach is walkable. Walking Street is 5 minutes by Grab.

Pratumnak Hill is quieter than central Pattaya but still has everything close. The hill sits between the Pattaya beach strip to the north and Jomtien to the south. Both are accessible quickly. The hill itself is residential - no nightlife on Pratumnak Road.

Good For

Room 3 works well for longer stays. The living room is genuinely large. The rear-facing position makes it one of the quieter options in the building. Good for anyone who wants to be in Pattaya without being in the thick of it - remote workers, couples on an extended stay, or anyone who wants a comfortable base without paying for views they won’t use.

The Lunch Box Cafe Downstairs

The Lunch Box is on the ground floor of the building. The kitchen serves a proper English breakfast - eggs, bacon, sausage, beans, and toast. Paninis, wraps, fresh salads, soups, and daily specials through to 5pm.

The cafe stocks a range of cold-pressed juices: green juice, orange, beet detox, and seasonal blends. Fourteen varieties, all made fresh on site daily.
