The kitchenette handles day-to-day cooking comfortably. Tesco Lotus is directly across the road for groceries. The 7-Eleven is also across the road for anything else. For guests who prefer not to cook, The Lunch Box Cafe is on the ground floor of the same building.

The Location

The address is 338/6 Pratumnak Road, directly opposite Tara Court Hotel. Tesco Lotus and a 7-Eleven are right across the road. Big Buddha is a 2-minute walk. Dongtan Beach is walkable in under 15 minutes. Jomtien Beach is a short motorbike ride south. Walking Street is 5 minutes by baht bus or Grab.

The hill sits between Pattaya Beach to the north and Jomtien to the south - central without the noise. Pratumnak is residential. The streets are quiet at night. No nightlife on the hill itself, but central Pattaya is close enough when you want it.

Songthaews run along Pratumnak Road. Grab and motorbike taxis are available from the front of the building. Motorbike hire is available nearby. No car parking on site - cars use Tesco Lotus or the local soi. Motorbikes park at the entrance.

Good For

Room 1 is the right choice if you want a clean, self-contained base at a low nightly rate. Good for solo travellers and couples who spend most of their time out. The studio layout works well for short stays. For a month-long stay, the kitchenette and the grocery options directly across the road make it practical.

The Lunch Box is on the ground floor of the same building. Open seven days a week. The kitchen serves a proper English breakfast - two eggs, bacon, sausage, beans, toast, and a hot drink. Paninis, fresh salads, soups, and daily specials through to 5pm.

The cafe is well known for its cold-pressed juices - green juice, orange, beet detox, and more. Fourteen varieties made fresh daily, from ฿115.
