Pattaya uses the word “pancakes” for three different plates:
- American fluffy stack - thick, soft, butter, maple. This page.
- Thai street / roti style - thin or crispy, often banana or condensed milk, night market energy.
- Crepe or Dutch thin - wide and flat, different batter.
